Malamore (2025)
Malamore, the directorial debut of Francesca Schirru, follows Mary (Giulia Schiavo) who becomes involved in a toxic relationship with Nunzio, a convicted criminal. When she meets Giulio, a new teacher, she finds the strength to leave. Nunzio, still running illicit affairs from prison, orders threats against her, but Mary chooses freedom.
